I had an unusually super charged, restless, night. A night filled with an overwhelming sensation of loneliness, fear. grief, and tears. However, I did not feel any amount of anger. Although the night was plagued with the feelings of inner chaos and a cacophony of self reflective feelings of could I have loved more, could I have done better, could I have given more time. These, of course, are nature feelings after a devastating loss.
